Vintage Antique Handel Bavaria Germany heavy (22 or 24 Karat?) Gold Demitasse or Tea or coffee Set with 17 Pieces. Pieces have a courting couple scene in black silhouette. Condition is "Used". Overall condition is excellent for its age. Two condition spots I found: gold wear on creamer, gold wear on one cup. See photos. Exact age unknown. Teapot is 7” high, covered sugar is 4.5” high, creamer is 3.5” high, the six saucers are 4.5” in diameter, and the six cups are 3” rim diameter and stand 1.75” high. This set is small enough for a (very careful) child to use it. Very attractive set. The black silhouette gives it a more modern/edgy look. This set needs a good wipe down but I am no expert on gold China so I leave that to the discretion of the buyer. I found no chips or cracks. No gold loss on edges or rims.
