    Description

    Presented here is a set of 6 vintage Bavarian
    Hutschenreuther
    gold encrusted dinner plates with bouquet centers
    from the city of Selb where the Hutschenreuther family began their porcelain production in 1814.
    The makers marks on the back indicate these are most probably pre-WWll era plates.
    The Hutschenreuther LHS mark on the back is one used from 1925 - 1939 (theoldstuff.com).  The Stouffer mark is Mark #11 used from 1925 -1938 (stouffer.crestenhall.com).  Stouffer was a hand painting studio.
    The plates measure 10 7/8" in diameter.
    Condition:
    no chips or cracks, some gild wear as you can see a couple of small white areas, couple of minor spots and scratches
