    Description

    This auction is for a ladies Scottish plaid 100% wool skirt and scarf.  The set was made by AVOCA Handweavers, Wicklow, Ireland.  The label indicates the size is XL.  A small portion of the waist is elasticized.  The waist measures about 32" and length about 28".  There is a 10" slit at the bottom of the skirt, and the skirt is lined.  The scarf is about 60" long and about 11 1/2" wide.  Condition is excellent.  I cannot tell that it was ever worn.
