For COLD application we recommended to store the mask in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use. When applied frozen, our gel bead eye mask can reduce puffiness, and inflammation by constricting the blood vessels in the skin under the eyes. It also helps reduce the appearance of dark circles, and eye bags. Eyecy Innovations Therapeutic Gel Bead Eye Mask can also help soothe irritated skin. For HOT therapy briefly submerge the mask into warm water and apply. Hot application is good for sinus congestion and headaches. The mask application should not exceed 20-minute intervals.
